The Orange County Sheriff's Office sells crash reports through FLHSMV Florida Crash Portal (state portal linked from OCSO) at services.flhsmv.gov. Cost: $10.00 per report (s. 321.23, F.S.), plus a $2.00 convenience fee per transaction; max 10 reports per transaction. Online: reports become available immediately after purchase and must be downloaded within 48 hours of the request (a download link is emailed). By mail or in person: processing time 4-6 weeks. FLHSMV says a crash report may take up to 10 days to become available after the crash.
