The Spokane Police Department sells crash reports at wrecr.wsp.wa.gov. Cost: $10.50 per report (no fee to search); by mail a check or money order for $10.50 payable to the Washington State Patrol. It may take up to a total of 2-4 weeks before the report is available for request (officers have 2-4 weeks to complete and approve the report; typically much sooner).
