Wyoming gives you four years to file a personal injury lawsuit (Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 1-3-105(a)(iv)(C)).

Wyoming is an at-fault state: the driver who caused the crash, through their liability insurance, pays for the injuries and damage.

The legal minimum liability coverage in Wyoming is $25,000 per injured person, $50,000 per crash and $20,000 for property (25/50/20).

You can recover if your fault is not more than 50% of the total fault of everyone involved, with your damages reduced by your share; at 51% or more you recover nothing.
